Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for [a full refund]. Please see below for more information on our return policy.​

Cancellation within 24 hours.

You are able to cancel your order before it gets a tracking number generated for it with no penalty! You must cancel your order 24 hours after creating it for the cancellation to be applied. Just contact us requesting a cancellation to get a full refund. But if the item has already been shipped and got a tracking number generated for it you will have to wait for it to arrive then issue a return by following the instructions below.

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.​

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, [please email customer service at "support@qrismora.com" to receive the international commercial invoice to fill up the needed information. After receiving the international commercial invoice, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, and mail your return to the following address:

  • Warehouse of C206, No. 4, Xiaolong Road, Dalang street, Longhua District, Shenzhen City, Guandong Province 
  • Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. You may also use the prepaid shipping label enclosed with your package. Return shipping charges will be paid or reimbursed by us. If you use the prepaid shipping label, $2 will be deducted from your return to cover shipping charges.​

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your refund. Please allow at least 3 days from the receipt of your item to process your refund. [Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company.] We will notify you by email when your refund has been processed.​

Please Note

A 10% restocking fee will be charged for all returns in excess of £80. Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.​
